Feels cheap

The product doesn't live up to the video or amazing talent and process that created the image. It feels cheap - the frame has the weight of balsa wood and there's no mount board - just a white border.

Hey Andrew- We actually totally agree and have stopped using the print company that sent over your print. We have just recently changed our print fulfillment company to the highest end company that we have been using with our limited edition prints. We will send over a new print to you and are sure you will love the quality.

Poor quality frame and print

David popa is wonderful! The piece I received was not to the quality to showcase his artwork. He shipped me a replacement! He is working on streamlining his print vendors to consistently have high quality frames and prints, even if it is not a limited release print. I will continue supporting this incredible artist. Everyone who sees the art on my walls is fascinated and I've shown off his creation process YouTube videos at multiple gatherings

I love the artist and his work. I have a limited edition print run of inceptus. It came in a perfectly framed print and is my favorite piece.
For black Friday I saw mirage on sale and order the same size and color frame. But this time the frame is a cheaper quality with a sealed back. And the print is not centred in the frame.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. You’re absolutely right—our limited edition prints are fulfilled by a different company than the open edition prints, and we agree that the quality of the open edition prints did not meet expectations.
