"New Creation" Limited Edition Print

Rebirth began with a question: to become something new, what would I have to let go of? High in the Norwegian mountains, I found pale sandbanks surrounded by glacial water so blue it hardly seemed real. With just chalk, charcoal and water, I created two works within that landscape. Born Again follows a curled figure as the rising lake slowly envelops her, while A New Creation opens its wings where the earth seems to fall into the sky. The shapes of the land and the movement of the water became part of the work in ways I could never have planned. Together, these pieces grew from my own longing to surrender, to rest in God, and to be made new.

Each print is a limited edition including A4 and is hand-signed, numbered, and marked with David’s fingerprint for authentication. All prints include a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Printed on thick, 100% cotton rag fine art paper with a natural white tone and subtle semi-rough texture, each piece carries the timeless presence of a classical drawing — with rich depth and tonal realism.

Each work is hand-signed by the artist and marked with his fingerprint. Every print is individually numbered and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

A4 is also a timed limited edition.

What is a Timed Edition?

A timed edition is available only during a fixed release window. Once the release period ends, the edition is permanently closed and that size will never be printed again. The final edition number is determined solely by how many collectors acquire the work during that time.

Production & shipping

Production begins November 18, 2026, after the Rebirth release closes on November 17. This is when we can confirm final edition quantities and number the artworks. Our team will be ready, and all production estimates run from November 18—not the date you place your order.

We fulfill orders in the order they are received, within each edition and size. Ordering earlier gives your piece an earlier place in the production queue.

We aim to dispatch paper prints within 1–4 weeks from November 18. We plan to begin dispatching the first Collector and Halo Editions during the first week of production, with further pieces following as they are completed. Final order volume will determine how long the full edition takes to produce; if demand extends our estimates, we will keep you informed.

We will do our very best to dispatch paper prints, Collector Editions, and Halo Editions before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. Shipping and transit times are additional. If you need your artwork before Christmas, please email popa@davidpopaart.com so we can discuss your deadline.

United States & Canada — paper prints: All paper prints are sent in bulk from Finland to our shipping partners in the United States and Canada, then delivered locally using USPS or Canada Post labels. This consolidates international handling and makes local delivery more efficient.

Collector & Halo Editions: These are securely packed in wooden crates and shipped separately, directly to each client.

Returns

Each Limited Edition Print is unique to the edition. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We’re also unable to make changes or cancellations after 24 hours.

If your artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please contact us and we will do our best to repair or replace the piece.
