Born Again - Collectors Edition

Each Collector’s Edition from Rebirth is handcrafted in Finland by David and his team as a singular, sculptural object—inspired by the raw beauty of the Norwegian wilderness where the artworks were created.

The foundation is formed from solid wood, carefully shaped, textured, and finished by hand to evoke the weathered character of driftwood—wood transformed by water, time, and the elements. Its organic grain, softened edges, and subtle variations give each piece the feeling of something discovered in nature rather than manufactured.

At the center, the artwork is printed in exceptional detail and mounted onto a rigid aluminum composite panel, subtly elevated above the wooden foundation. This floating presentation creates a delicate separation between image and material, allowing light and shadow to give the artwork a sense of depth and dimension.

Beneath the image, the artwork’s title and the coordinates of its creation are engraved directly into the wood, permanently connecting each edition to its place of origin. A discreet metallic detail bears David’s fingerprint, signature emblem, and individual edition number—a personal mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.

Every Collector’s Edition is individually finished by hand, with natural variations in the wood’s texture, grain, and tone ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.

Each edition is signed, individually numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

What is a Timed Edition?

A timed edition is available only during a fixed release window. Once the release period ends after the 7 days, the edition is permanently closed and that size will never be printed again. The final edition number is determined solely by how many collectors acquire the work during that time.

Shipping (Collector Editions)

Collector Edition prints are securely packed and shipped via UPS Express.

Because each Collector Edition is made to order and finished by hand in our studio in Finland, please allow up to 4–6 weeks for production and dispatch. Every piece goes through a bespoke process—elevated above a handcrafted wooden surface inspired by weathered driftwood, shaped and finished by hand in Finland, with natural variations ensuring no two pieces are alike.

Returns

Each Limited Edition Collector Print is one-of-one, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We’re also unable to make changes or cancellations after 24 hours.

If your artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please contact us and we’ll do our best to repair or replace the piece.
